Novastra started because we kept seeing the same thing: a business hires an AI consultant, gets a beautiful slide deck and then nothing gets built.

The people who understand the business often don’t understand the technology. The people who understand the technology often treat the work like an experiment. The result is a lot of promising demos that fall over when they meet real data and real people. Our background is in building software that has to work.
